Ever wondered about the hardest sports in the world! Gymnastics could easily top the list.
The word Gymnastics is derived from a Greek word gymnos which means to train naked. It evolved in ancient Greece and was a set of exercise created to train the men for warfare.
Gymnastics incorporates exercise that demands balance, flexibility, agility, strength, endurance and coordination. It requires movement of every muscle in the body, so gymnastics topping the list of hardest sport shouldn’t be a surprise.
The numerous styles in gymnastics make it even tougher for one person to master all.
Excellence Gymnastic Academy in Gurgaon aims at training the children from a very young age to train and sustain the gymnastic culture and styles.
