Swami Vishnudevananda had practised yoga for over 50 years in the USA, Canada, Europe and India. Every trainer there goes through a rigorous gurukul system of training provided by more skilled and well-trained seniors. The centre is registered with Yoga Alliance, USA.

Do they offer trial classes?
Yes, they offer a trial class in most of the centres on weekdays but for centres in DLF Phase 2, South City 1 and Sector 15 part 2 a FREE trial class could be availed on Saturdays & Sundays. If you wish to do a trial class during the week, it can be done by paying Rs 300 at these three Centres and the amount is adjusted in the first month’s membership.

How many Trial classes can be availed?
They offer one trial class but one can opt for a casual drop-in class at a nominal fee.

Is Membership facility for the centre available?
Yes, the membership fee is available for Quarterly, Monthly, and Annual. They offer special discounts to Family memberships, teenagers.

How is payment for Membership accepted?
Payment could be done in Cash, Cheque or Net Banking.

What kind of experience is needed to join?
No experience is required as they have repetitive classes and they demonstrate the postures well so everybody could follow. If still have doubted one can take their Beginners classes.

How many students are there in every batch?
It can range from 5 to 20 people in each batch.

How frequently can Yoga be practised?
Yoga is a way of living; it should be practised daily to stay fit and stress-free.

The trainers there are well trained and successfully completed 200 hours of rigorous training plus 300 hours of additional hours from experienced seniors in a Gurukul system.

Can Yoga be practised by people suffering from Cervical Spondylosis/ bad back/ a Medical Condition?
Yoga benefits everyone irrespective of their fitness level, age or medical issues. However, one should consult their doctors in case they have had surgery. One can also speak to acharyas at the centre.

Do the classes help lose weight?
The yoga classes promote good health but one can notice a change in weight if the program is followed regularly with full dedication.

When should we have the last meal before Yoga class?
One should have a gap of 3 hours between a meal and a class. A biscuit or a cup of tea is allowed though.

What should we need to carry on the First Class?
One should wear comfortable clothes in which it is easy to stretch. Mats are available at the centre but if hygiene is a concern, you can bring personal mats. Mats can also be bought at the centre.

Do you offer Personal Trainers at home?
